This Privacy Policy also describes your choices and rights regarding the use, access and correction or deletion of your user information. By using the Site, you consent to the use of your user information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Site is owned and operated by Bespoke.

Notice to EU Individuals: this Privacy Policy and its enumerated policies are intended to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) and provide appropriate protection and care with respect to the treatment of your user information in accordance with the GDPR.

Basics

To enhance, personalize, and support your experience on and through the Site, among other things, we collect, use, and share your user information. For example, we use aggregated information to develop content targeted to user interests and to generally improve the Site’s user experience. Your user information will also be collected when you contact us using our contact submission form (for example, when inquiring about an open position). If you have any requests, comments, or questions about this Privacy Policy or your user information, please contact us in the manner provided below.

This Privacy Policy covers the Site. You may encounter and click through links on the Site to other websites, such as those relating to third-party sponsors, advertisers, and other partners, which are not covered by this Privacy Policy unless otherwise noted on such site, which may be the case if, for example, the site is also owned and operated by Bespoke.

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the activities of Bespoke third-party sponsors, advertisers, and other partners that may collect your user information while accessing or using such third party’s services in connection with your use of our Site (e.g. social media and sharing services). This Privacy Policy does not cover the privacy and information practices of these third parties. To learn more about such third-party policies, we encourage you to read and review the privacy statements of each third-party service that you may choose to use in connection with the Site.

As a general reminder, please think carefully before you decide to put anything on the Internet. For example, if you voluntarily disclose user information in chat areas or bulletin boards (e.g., comments sections), that information could be seen and used by others, and may result in unsolicited messages from others. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information or other user information you may choose to submit in these public forums. To request removal of your personal information from any Bespoke publicly viewable forum or page (when applicable), please contact us as provided below. In some cases, we may not be able to remove personal information voluntarily disclosed by you in such forums or pages for legal retention purposes or technical limitations (e.g., the data may not be searchable), in which case, we will notify you if we are unable to do so.

Information Collected

When you use the Site, your user information may be collected, used, and shared in a variety of manners. As detailed below, the type of user information collected may vary based on how it was gathered, but may include, among other things, your name, email address, and other information that you voluntarily submit (e.g., when applying to an available position) such as name, phone number, home address, email, education, W2, work life details, and selling psychometric data), information automatically collected about your usage of the Site (e.g., the content that you choose to view), and information about you that our third party partners may share with us if such third party partners have previously received your consent to do so.

Voluntary Submission

When you fill out registration forms, submit your resume, or provide us with other information actively, you will know what information we are collecting because you are actively submitting it. Because we change our offerings and features from time to time, the options you have to provide us with personal information also may change, but here are some examples of situations in which you may decide to provide personal information to us:

  • Signing up for email alerts;

  • Completing a form related to one of our products or services;

  • Submitting a resume; and

  • Contacting us for technical support or customer service.

Depending on how you interact with the Site, the personal information we collect from you may vary. For example, to receive email alerts we may ask only for an email address and name. In other circumstances, such as when you complete a form related to a particular service offering, we may ask you to provide other information, which may include your name, phone number, and postal address. On a voluntary basis, you may also decide to provide us more sensitive information such as your social security number; driver’s license or other government-issued identification number, or payment information, including a bank account, credit or debit card number. You should not include sensitive data (such as, social security number, driver’s license number, credit or debit card numbers, etc.) in any submission except where we specifically prompt you to provide such information.

We may use your IP address to determine additional information, such as whether the computer or device has ever been used to visit Bespoke before, which Bespoke features were used the most often, and how much time was spent on a page.

  • Web Beacons and Log Files. We use “web beacons” (also known as Internet tags, pixel tags, tracking pixels, and clear GIFs) on our websites and those of certain of our job posting clients. These web beacons allow us and third parties to collect information such as the IP address of the device, the URL of the web page, the time the page was viewed, the type of browser used, and any additional information in cookies that may have been set by the third party. The information is typically collected in log files, which generally track traffic on our websites. The information also is used for analytical purposes and to manage technical issues that may arise. We do not attempt to identify individual users through this information.
